Administrative Commission interfaces: Design of multistep forms for programs (for example, for an MBA: upload essay, fee payment). Simplified the interface by adding drag-and-drop for documents and integration with the interview calendar. Ensured compliance with GDPR-like rules for data.
Loyalty program interfaces: I have developed a personal account with a dashboard of points, a calculator (showing accrual by level), sections of privileges (access to exclusive events) and promotions (entering promo codes).
